IMPORTANT FALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

 

Dear Lydiksen families,

Online registration for the 2017-2018 school year via Q Parent Connection will open on August 2, 2017. Online Registration is a convenient way to register your student(s) for the upcoming school year, make school purchases, and donate to the non-profit organizations that directly support your school.

Online Registration is a three-step process:

1. Beginning August 2, log in to the Future Fund page for your child(ren)'s school(s).

Here you can complete school-specific tasks which include contributing to school supplies for your classroom, joining the Lydiksen PFC, and donating funds to support your school and student(s). You will be instructed to print out a Registration Receipt, which you should bring to Walk-Through Registration (Step 3).

2. Log in* to the “Q” Parent Connection portal from a desktop or lap top computer to fill out school information and registration forms for your student(s) at https://sis.pleasantonusd.net/ParentPortal/. Once you’ve logged on, start the registration process by clicking on the blue “Registration/Emergency Info” link at the top of the right side of the page. After you’ve completed the online process for each of your students, check your email for the message that confirms the information you entered on-line. Please print this confirmation email and bring it with you to your school’s Walk-Through Registration (Step 3).

*If you have issues logging in or did not receive your pin/password to create a log in, please email qhelp@pleasantonusd.net.  Always log in using a desktop or lap top computer.

3. Visit Lydiksen for “Walk-Through” registration on August 8 from 8-10 a.m. or 1-3 p.m.. Be sure to print either the confirmation page or email summarizing the information you submitted in Step 2… one email for each of your students. Bring a copy of the printout along with two current Proof of Residency documents, as well as your Future Fund registration receipt (Step 1) to your school’s Walk-Through registration event. Check your school's web site for information on Walk-Through registration dates.
