We are excited to see all of our Lydiksen students return to campus next week! If you have been by the campus lately, you will have seen the many changes happening because of our rebuild, including the closing of our school office building and parking lot on Highland Oaks Drive. Do not attempt to enter the campus through this area, which is under construction.
If you will be driving your child to or from school for the 2021-22 school year, you will need to enter our new school loop off of Sandalwood Drive for drop-off or pick-up. Please drive slowly and carefully and follow all posted signage. There is no parking for families in this lot.
Students who are walking or riding to school can enter through the Sandalwood loop as well, and students will also be able to walk on to the campus on a walkway next to the small staff parking lot on Highland Oaks as well. This entrance is located near the multipurpose room, so look for signage.
Families can walk their children to the gates on the school perimeter, but only students are allowed to come on to campus at this time. Only street parking will be available to families, so plan your departure to allow for extra time as needed. We encourage all families to practice the route to school before school begins on Wednesday, Aug. 11.
We are looking forward to this school year and appreciate all of your help and support. Go Lancers!
