Our Annual Lydiksen Giving Tree started Friday, October 30th and will finish up on Wednesday, November 18th, just prior to our Thanksgiving Break.
Giving Tree is an annual PFC event at Lydiksen where those who are compelled, choose to contribute $25 gift cards to families who are challenged to “make ends meet” during the holidays. Each year we collect donations of grocery gift cards and general gift item cards to brighten the holidays for some families who may otherwise go without.
This year we are again asking for voluntary $25 gift cards from Safeway, Lucky’s, Walmart, Kohls and Target. If you are interested in helping out, just bring a $25 gift card (or multiple gift cards if you are able) to the table that will be in front of the school office on Friday, October 30th, on any Wednesday at drop off or pick up, or at any time during school hours to the Lydiksen office between now and Wednesday, November 18th.
