In spring 2018, PUSD conducted the first annual Stakeholder Survey. The survey, open to all parents/guardians, employees, and students grades 6-12, asked about aspects of school climate, including academic support, student support, school leadership, family involvement, safety and behavior, communication and community building, as well as overall school quality.
There were 88 responses from the Lydiksen community and 4,000 responses districtwide. Thank you to all who participated!
Some highlights from the Lydiksen survey results include positive results that show our school is viewed as a safe, respectful learning environment for our students. Our survey results also show some opportunities for growth in the area of communicating our safety and bullying protocols and procedures with the Lydiksen community. All Lydiksen survey results can be viewed here.
This baseline data will help inform our work moving forward to best serve our school community in ensuring everyone feels safe, welcome and engaged.
PUSD shared a summary of the first-year district results during the September meeting of the Board of Trustees. Community members can view that presentation and the full report of District survey here.
